All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delay.

For Physical Products (if applicable):
We partner with reliable courier services across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking details (if applicable for physical products)
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
MyAstroVeda is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
If a package is returned due to such reasons, reshipping may incur additional charges.
6. International Shipping
Currently, MyAstroVeda ships only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.
We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution as per our policy.
