Thank you for choosing MyAstroVeda. We aim to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products that are safe, natural, and effective. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Products Covered Under This Policy
This policy applies to all Ayurvedic physical products, including but not limited to:
Ayurvedic Powders (Churna)
Tablets & Capsules
Herbal Syrups & Tonics
Oils & Balms
Skin & Hair Care Ayurvedic Products
Herbal Blends or Remedy Kits
2. No Returns or Refunds Due to Health & Safety Reasons
Because Ayurvedic products are consumable and health-sensitive, we do NOT accept returns or provide refunds for:
Opened products
Used products
Change of mind
The wrong product was ordered by the customer
Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with results (Ayurvedic effects vary per individual)
Once a product is dispatched, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety compliance.
3. Replacement Only for Damaged / Wrong Products
You are eligible for a free replacement ONLY if:
✔ The product arrived damaged
✔ The product is defective
✔ You received the wrong product
You MUST inform us within 48 hours of delivery
And provide:
An unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos of the product
Order number
Without an unboxing video, the replacement cannot be processed.
4. Replacement Conditions
Replacements are issued only if:
The product has notbeen opened or used
Original packaging is intact
The issue is visible and genuine
The request is raised within 48 hours
Approved replacements will be shipped at no extra cost.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment:
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After Shipment:
Cancellation is not possible once the order is dispatched.
6. Refunds
Refunds are provided ONLY in these cases:
✔ Order cancelled within 1 hour
✔ Order not delivered due to seller error
✔ Product is out of stock after payment
Refund Timeline:
Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method
7. Quality & Safety Disclaimer
All Ayurvedic products are manufactured, packaged, and stored with care. However:
Results vary based on individual body type and health condition
Products should be used as per instructions
Always consult an Ayurvedic physician if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication
Refunds cannot be issued based on dissatisfaction with effectiveness or taste.
